• When it comes to safety at work, nothing should be left to chance, especially when it comes to fall protection and rescue equipment, to minimize the risk of serious and life-threatening accidents. In this area we would like to recommend our height safety device (HSRG) . Type-tested by TÜV according to EN 360 and 1496 B, it is used in combination with a safety harness and tripod, power arm or other attachment points according to EN 795 and CEN/TS 16415 for effective personal safety, but also for rescuing and recovering accident victims.Due to the special surface treatment, the greatest possible protection against corrosion is guaranteed. Installation takes just a few seconds - all you have to do is insert the bolt into the adapter and secure it. The modern planetary drive ensures high lifting and lowering speeds and the ergonomic housing is equipped with well thought-out additional features. MARTIN PSA will, of course, also provide you with the appropriate equipment case for conveniently storing or transporting the height safety and rescue lifting device.

  Another highlight is the anti-twist swivel hook, which ensures that the rope cannot twist. The height safety device is equipped with two chambers: one contains the rope, the second is additionally sealed and contains sensitive parts such as the rescue lifting device and the fall brake. The weight depends on the rope length, with 10 m rope it is 9.85 kg, with 20 m rope it is 17.35 kg and with 30 m rope it is 18.95 kg.

HEIGHT SAFETY AND RESCUE LIFTING DEVICE "EASY" ATTACHED

Thanks to the specially developed, innovative bracket "Easy" made of stainless steel, our height safety and rescue lifting device can be mounted and individually adjusted to the attachment (triple boom or cantilever arm, attachment point according to EN 795 B and CEN TS 16415) particularly easily and in a matter of seconds - for maximum safety and maximum ease of use.

AREAS OF APPLICATION OF THE SYSTEM

The height safety device is intended for two different applications. One of these is the tripod to which the HSRG is attached to secure or rescue people. At the same time, obstacles such as manhole covers or pumps can also be removed effortlessly with this combination. Thanks to the new design, the device harmonises perfectly with the cables described. These are latched and fixed on the outside, the maximum permissible load is 500 kg. The profiles are torsion-resistant, the legs can be telescopically adjusted to the right length. Greater working heights are therefore also possible. At the same time, the maintenance and spare parts costs have been reduced compared to the previous models. You will also find the matching carrier bag in our range.

The second area of ​​application is the height-adjustable, swiveling cantilever , which is usually mounted on brackets (wall or floor mounting) that are fixed to the subsurface. In this combination, the HSRG is used in particular for rescuing people in rescue operations or for preventive fall arrest when working at great heights. Our cantilever is also type-tested by TÜV Süd according to EN 795 B and CEN TS 16415, the maximum load of the cantilever is also 500 kg.
